Something that's been grating lately in industry discourse is how whenever "diversity and inclusion" comes up in public discussion, it's often related to biz growth and dollars. And it's like... what happened to morals and ethics???? I like how the OIA participant data can draw folks into the convo then examine the RIDC research for the "now what"
